To Become a Shinobi Ch. 2

Ibuki started walking towards her house. It was late and the night sky was clear. The stars sparkled and decorated the sky like pearls.

Ibuki sighed as a brease of cool air blew at her direction and ruffled her hair. She entered an alley to take a shortcut home.

The place was dirty and full of filth She walked her head lowered. "Something wrong little girl?" A voice asked.

Ibuki stopped walking and scanned the area around her. She spotted Five men all were above 5'9 and all of Japanese decent.

They were dressed in black trenchcoats. "You lost kid? Let us help you find the way" One of them said and grinned wickedly.

Ibuki chuckled "I rather chew glass boys" The man snapped his fingers and pointed at her "Get her boys!".

Ibuki narrowed her eyes and entered her stance. They all stopped and started laughing at her "Oh well you look at that the little girl thinks she can fight us." The leader said between laughs.

Ibuki was fuming her face going red with anger "Who do they think they are? I'll teach them to laugh at a future Shinobi." She thought and prepared herself for battle.

One of them lunged forward punching. Ibuki parried the punch and palm striked his chest then she spun around and slammed her elbow in his solar plexus.

The man bent over. Ibuki was about to knee him when she was punched from the side. She reeled backward. She felt a strange tingling sensation coming from her nose. She ignored it and turned around to see another man that stood smiling and chuckling.

Ibuki eyes narrowed and she dashed forward. The man was surprised with her speed and missed his attack. Ibuki grabbed the man's arm and raised her right hand. A blue glow surrounded her fist and she punched the man's abdomen.

The man groaned loudly and slammed into a nearby wall his head hit the brick wall and he fell uncontious. from the power of the blow.

She quickly turned to the bent man from before and grabbed his head while slamming his nose into her knee. It snapped with a loud crack and he fell to the ground holding his nose while coughing and moaning in pain.

She heard one of them approaching from behind. She turned around and ducked under a kick. He tried to punch her but she blocked his attacks easily. out of frustration he tried to tackle Ibuki.

She sidestepped and he crashed into the wall head first. She chuckled to herself "Amatuers" She muttered to herself.

Then two strong hands wrapped around her neck. She struggled but the hold was strong. But as a trained Ninja she knew how to hold her breath and concentrated on breaking the hold instead of panicking.

"What'll you do now little Ninja?" The man mocked.

Ibuki grinned at his stupidity and swiftly took out a ninja dagger and stabbed the man's hip in the connecting point between the leg and hip.

The man cried out loudly and let go after a sickning cracking sound. He fell to the ground. And held his bleeding hip.

"Thats gotta hurt" She thought as she looked at the wounded man. That was a mistake.

Then Ibuki was hit from behind with great force. She fell forward and rolled and quickly rose to her feet. Her back was hurting. "What the h*ll?" she whispered.

She heard her attacker's breathing and somersaulted over the attacker's head and saw he was holding trash can and he was planning to bash her head open with it.

While still in midair she threw three daggers at his feet. They all connected and he cried in pain as his feet was sliced open.

Then Ibuki landed and dashed back and forth 5 times each time slashing the man(Yami Shigure).

After the onslaught he fell uncontious. Ibuki heard a clicking sound. "Oh S***" she muttered and started running.

She heard bangs of gunfire as she quickly turned and ran into a side alley.

"COME BACK HERE YOU LITTLE BI*CH!!!!" The leader cried and she heard his running footsteps behind her. Ibuki looked up and smiled She threw a smoke bomb and leapt into the air and landed on a balcony.

She saw him enter the alley and look around. He was obviously blinded by the smoke just as Ibuki planned.

She took out a dagger and aimed carefully. She threw it and it hit his right hand slashing it causing him to drop his gun im pain and surprise.

She leapt off the balcony and kicked the side of his head. He fell to the ground his jaw broken. She smiled sweetly "That'll teach those creeps to harrass young girls in dark alleys" She thought.

She turned to leave. The gang leader heard her say "Gotta Go. I can't let anyone know that I wasted my time on a loser like you" and then she was gone.

Ibuki laughed "Well sensai Geki did say he wanted me to train. But I bet he wouldn't call those losers training." She smiled and continued walking towards her home Holding her aching back.

She then looked at her watch that read 01:34 She gulped "Oh man Mom's gonna kill me" She whispered to herself. She started running choking down the pain like her Sensai Geki taught her.

She reached her house ten minutes later. She peeked threw the window and saw her mom sitting in the living room and by the look on her face Ibuki knew this wouldn't be pleasant.

She knocked on the door. Her mother opened the door "IBUKI!!!DO YOU KNOW..." She shouted

She looked at her daughter and went wide eyed as she saw her nose was bleeding and she had a nasty blue mark on her left cheek. "What the h*ll happened to you Ibuki? Are you alright?" She said in frightened tone as she pushed Ibuki into the house.

Ibuki was confused "What's she talking about" Ibuki wondered until she looked at her clothes. They were stained with blood. She touched her face and looked at her finger and saw they were red with blood.

Her Mom was hugging her tightly "Ibuki I was so worried. Who did this to you? Is this what I send you to Ninja lessons for? so you'll some back injured? When I get my hand on your..."

Ibuki smiled "Mom...Mom...MOM!!!" She shouted and her mom finally looked at her. "I'm sorry I'm late but a group of thugs attacked me and I had to fight them"

Her mom looked at her and hugged Ibuki again "I'm just glad your O.K. I don't know what I'd do without you. Ever since your father vanished I..." He mom spoke and tears started flowing down her eyes.

Ibuki kissed her mom's cheek "I'm fine mom. I love you too. Don't worry I can take care of myself. Thats why I'm taking ninja lessons remember"

Her mom nodded and wiped her tears. "Go to bed don't forget you've got your math finals tommorow" Her mom said. Ibuki nodded and went to her room.

The minute she closed the door she panicked "On my god,Oh my god I totally forgot I've got finals tommorow. She quickly found her Trig book and sat down and started reading.

"Oh man I an Soooo dead" Ibuki whined as she desperatly started reading the complex math book
