Ibuki was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. Gen,Yun,Yang and Chunli took a taxi and drove after the ambulance to the hospital . While in the taxi Chunli was sitting in the front seat near the drover, she could sense the tension in the air.

"Why all the tension I wonder? And who is that girl? Chunli wondered. Gen was sitting in the back seat near the left window, he looked at his grandsons in an angry gaze, They on the other hand were silent and their heads were bowed in shame.

"I can't believe we couldn't help her again, This is so frustrating, I feel so helpless" Yang thought and bit his lower lip. Yun was sitting near the window "D*mn that masked moron, Why did he even attack her in the first place?" Yun thought and sighed as he looked at the HK scenery.

Gen was now wearing an impassive mask, But under the surface he was furious "I can't trust those two grandsons of mine on anything...How did that d*mn Assasian find her and why? It makes no sense, I must ask her when she wakes up" Gen thought and leaned backwards.

They arrived in the hospital a few minutes later. Gen and the twins entered with Chunli not far behind. She then stopped and took out her cell phone " Hello?...Ya its me Guile. I got news, I caught our favorite Shadowlaw assasain right here in HK. Yeah...and get this, He was sent to kill a teenage girl. No...I'm not kidding Guile, It shocked me too. I'll try to gain more info when the girl wakes up. Don't interrogate the b*st*rd, Please leave the pleasure to me Ok?... Thanks Guile...Bye" Chunli finished and hung up and entered the hospital.

Chunli sighed and watched Gen talking to a Doctor. Then she saw all three nod, and the doctor leave towards the E.R. Chunli headed towards them "So How is she?" She asked.

Gen turned to her "She will be fine, But she needs to rest so your questions will have to wait until she wakes up." Gen said and the three sat down.

Chunli was tired from the flight and was dying to catch some sleep, But her curiousity was driving her crazy "Who is she? And why in God's name was Vega sent to kill her? Chunli sat down and pondered, fighting the urge to lay back and sleep.

** Meanwhile **

Balrog entered through a giant mechanical door. As he entered the room he looked at the back of his new master's chair.

"This guy's worse than Bison, He don't care about anything and he's twice as insane. But from what I've seen he's also twice as powerful. So god forbid If I mess with this motherf***er" Balrog thought.

He coughed to gain his master's attention "Master... I have some bad news" He said. A deep voice replied "Go ahead Balrog, I'm listening" It spoke.

Balrog licked his lips "Well... Master... Vega has...Has..." He lingered afraid of his master's reaction.

"BALROG, REPORT TO ME NOW YOU STUPID FOOL! BEFORE I TEAR THE INFORMATION FROM YOU BY FORCE!!!" The voice shouted.

Balrog screamed as a burst of pain exploded in his head. "All right! Allright! Vega failed to kill the Shinobi girl and was captured by Interpol! Please make it stop! Please Master!" He shouted and then the pain stopped and Balrog fell to the ground.

"That wasn't so hard now was it Balrog, You are dismissed!" The voice spoke silently. Balrog left the room and the man in the chair thought "Vega will not speak a word to Interpol in that I am sure, But he has failed nevertheless. And I must show my troops the price of failure, Only then will I be ready to acheive revenge," The man in the chair thought.

He pressed a button and spoke "Ready my Jet Now! I have urgent business to attend too" He spoke and on the metalic wall a reflection of his face could be seen. He had an oval face and bright complexion. His eyes were totally white and lacked pupils. His hair was cut short and was purple, long purple bangs adorned his forehead.

He put on a military cap and rose from his chair and left the room towards the hanger a black cape flapping behind him.
