Ibuki was lying in her hospital bed. She turned to Gen "Gen... I need to call my mother..." She spoke weakly. Gen looked at her and nodded. "As soon as Chunli returns I'll ask her to lend you her cell phone, You are in no condition to stand, Ok Young one?" He said.

Ibuki nodded and smiled "Thank you Gen" She said.

** Meanwhile **

Chunli and Guile were waiting outside of the police station. The Jag they called for was running late. "Where the h*ll is he? I haven't got all night ya know" Chunli said in an annoyed tone.

Guile frowned "Give the guy a break will ya, HK is a big city, He's only 15 minutes late" Guile said. Chunli sighed and mumbled "Men" under her breath.

Then a young man in an army uniform approached the station. Chunli tapped her foot impationtly "Its about time he showed up" She muttered to Guile. He stood in front of them and saluted. He was tall and muscular, He was wearing sunglasses and his sleeve rank was triple striped marking him a Sergeant.

"Sergeant Raynor reprorting for duty Sir" He said and looked at Guile. "I hope he buys the fake name, I'd hate to have to fight them both" The soldier thought. Guile scanned him and saluted back "Your late Sergeant! What's your excuse?" he said in a menacing tone.

If the soldier's eyes weren't covered by dark glasses Guile would've seen a violent purple glow in his now narrowed eyes "Mental memo: teach The Captian a lesson later" He thought.

"I apologize sir, My plane ran late." The soldier said. Guile looked at Chunli and she nodded. And Guile nodded "Very well go ahead, He's all yours" Guile said and he left Chunli with him.

The soldier entered the police station.It was empty. He smiled and entered the interrogation room. He saw Vega was sitting in a chair gazing into space.

The minute the door open Vega snapped back into reality. "So your the pretty boy who thinks he can interrogate me?" Vega said in disgust as he looked at the soldier.

The soldier smiled and looked around the room. He spotted a security camera. He walked up to it. "What are you doing?" Vega asked as the soldier stood out of the camera's range and smashed it with his fist.

Then he smiled and laughed. Vega looked at him in surprise as realization hit him "M...M...Master Bison" Vega mumbled. The soldier took off the cap and glasses and put them on a table in the room.

"Ahh you've known me since I was a child Vega you can call me Xavier," Xavier said. Vega nodded "So you've come to finish me off... You are as ignorent as your foolish father was. You think you can beat everyone alone..." Then he stopped as Xavier punched his Jaw.

The blow snapped Vega's head sideways. Blood dripped down Vega's lips as he spat out a tooth. Xavier white eyes were narrowed in anger. He grabbed Vega's neck and his hand started glowing in green "Never speak of my father you ugly little failure" He said through clenched teeth.

Vega felt pain course through him and he screamed in pain then the death grip loostened. "You have failed me Vega, You are a disgrace to the business, You can't even kill a little ninja girl, you're pathetic" Xavier spoke.

Vega coughed "Those blasted twins are the cause of my failure not my skill, I had her where I wanted her." Vega said. Xavier smiled "Good point" He opened his hand and a short ranged green shaped lightning blast of energy broke Vega's handcuffs.

"Come Vega I have a mission for you" Xavier spoke. Vega stood up "He's letting me off the hook? Can he be smarter then his father?" Vega thought.

"How may I serve you Lord Xavier?" Vega asked. He then sensed a gathering of Chi within Xavier. "Send my regards to my father Maggot" Xavier said and turned around his body emiting blue flames and his eyes glowing in purple.

Vega went wide eyed as his was lifted in the air. Vega was propelled backwards by Xavier's power. and slammed forcefully into the wall. He slumpted to the ground, barely alive choking on blood and holding his bruised body.

Xavier loomed above him "Did you actually think I'd let you live after calling me and my late father fools you disgusting, pathetic failure?" Xavier said.

Vega looked up to him his eyesight hazy. He could see a light brown blur with two blurs as eyes. "You're strong, But your Pshyco power is weaker than Bison's Vega thought "Go to h*ll Xa...Xavier" He then muttered.

Xavier smiled and his clothes emited a bluish aura. it focused into his hands. He then placed his hands on Vega's temples.

Vega screamed in agony, Searing pain shot through his head, He felt as if liquid fire was flowing in his viens. Then the pain doubled and Vega screamed once more before going silent.

Xavier looked at the body before him and sniggered, Then he crossed his arms and vanished.

** Three hours later **

Chunli and Guile entered the police station. Chunli looked around "Its too silent...Where's that soldier?" She asked Guile silently.

"I hope that b*st*rd didn't escape" Guile whispered back and they rushed to the interrogation room. When they opened the door they saw Vega's corpse.

"How in God's name did this happen?" Guile asked out loud. Chunli looked to where the camera was, "S***... "Whoever did this is a pro...He took out the camera" She said.

Chunli picked her Cell phone "Hello? Its me Chunli...I'm afraid I have bad news sir" She said.
