Ibuki reached the hotel. She payed the taxi driver and entered the hotel "Excuse me? But did you send me those extra blankets to my room?" Ibuki asked polietly. The clerk smiled and nodded "Everything's Ok Miss, don't worry" He reassured her.

Ibuki smiled and left towards the stairs. "D*mn this leg...It hurts like h*ll... I hate that arrogant..." Ibuki thought as she limped up the stairs a frown now adorning her face. Her leg had stopped bleeding due to her cleaning and bandaging it, but the dull pain still bothered her.

She entered her room and fell asleep.Her exhaution for the fight getting the better of her.

** Morning time **

Ibuki opened her eyes "What's that infernal ticking noise" she said to herself.She looked around "Hm...Something's not right...That Vause wasn't here before,I wonder..." Ibuki thought.

She slowly walked up to the vause and heard a steady ticking sound "Oh s***..." She thought. She grabbed her bag and ran towards the closed window, She covered her face with her forearms.

Then she dashed towards the window as a loud beeping sound was heard.As she crashed through the window shattering the glass with a well placed jump kick a huge explosion erupted the hotel.

The entire Floor erupted into raging orange flames, Ibuki was lucky and managed to land on a nearby balcony.

She covered her face at the flash of light, She gasped "What is it with my luck nowadays...You'd think I'm jinxed" She thought and leapt off the balcony Just a junk of rock landed and broke the balcony.

Ibuki landed on her feet. She looked into the sky "Why me? Oh well, Back to Taxi hunting...I need a new hotel too..." She thought and sighed and turned towards the street.

** Meanwhile **

Chunli was just entering her hideout near Ibuki's apartment when she heard the Boom. "My god! what's that? She thought. She ran outside and saw the apartment blazing in flames.

She ran towards it "My God Ibuki! She can't be dead...I...I thought...I was wrong... Now look what happened..." Chunli thought and a sniffed.

She then heard a crashing sound and glass shatter. She ran towards the alley it came from and peeked inside. She saw Ibuki land on the balcony and sighed in relief "She's alive...Now I know she wasn't lying...Someone is out to get her...But who? and why? I must find out, Don't worry Ibuki I got you covered now" Chunli thought and hid herself in the shadows.

Ibuki passed by her. "Now what? Whoever's been doing this...Is getting really nasty...If I ever get my hands on him I'll...Oh Maybe I should call sensai...Nah...I must learn to manage on my own...Sides I got alot of money from beating that snob Adon" Ibuki thought.

She walked down the streets Chunli on her tracks. Meanwhile The two ladies didn't see the figure following them both. It was Chunli's co-agent.

He reached for his cheek and pulled, The skin streached only to reveal the face of a moniter Cyborg. "Target located ...Spy process initiated" It said in a robotic voice.

Ibuki found another small hotel a few miles away, She payed for the night and went up to her room.she needed to rest because she was to seek Sagat the following morning.

** The next morning **

Ibuki left the hotel, Chunli on her trail. She caught a taxi and Chunli snapped her fingers "Darn...I need to catch up with her She thought. She saw someone with a motorcycle. She tapped his shoulder and procured her badge "Excuse me Interpol emergency I'm afraid I'll need to lend you're bike" She said in English.

The man looked angry but nodded. Chunli took his helmet and hopped on the bike. "I hate doing this but I have no choice" She said to him and sped after the taxi.

** one hour later **

Ibuki paid the driver and left the taxi. She saw the arena. No crowd was there only one big man sitting on the ground his gaze on the ground.His body was covered with bandages and his left arm was casted.

"Are you Sagat?" She asked politely The man snarled in responce "So I heard last time I checked...What do you want little girl?" He said coldly.

Ibuki gulped "If Ryu could do that to him...What can he do to lil' ol' me...Well I ain't backing out..." . "Well I was wondering if you could tell me where Ryu is?" She asked.

Sagat's eyes seemed to grow angry as he heard that name "You? Want to find him? Don't make me laugh...I won't help a kid get beaten to a bloody pulp" He said.

Ibuki's eyes narrowed "I'm not a kid, I'm a street fighter just like you" She said anger slightly apparent in her voice. Sagat muttered "Sure...and I'm Akuma... Leave me alone child" He said.

Ibuki sighed angrily, She crossed her arms and tapped her foot, Awaiting for someway to convince Sagat of her skill.
