Before him lies nothing but a sea of darkness, not that he's worried about the darkness. No he likes it for that is what he represents. The thing that bothers him was the voices, voices that riles him, making him highly irritable. As well as that strange beckoning force that was trying to lead them south. It felt familiar to him, yet it draws them straight into trouble. And here he was hanging on the edge of consciousness, barely here and barely there. His soul brother(normal Ryu) had not even made a move to reclaim dominance over this mortal shell. It does not matter, since they shared the same priorities and main concern.

^Li.^ The only thought that matters right now. What had they done to her? 'Ryu' tries to shake off the strange drowsiness but its hold is still strong. She is still in his embrace and that brought a slight relief as it is one less thought to bother him till he figure out what's going on. Still it bothers him somewhat when his Mate is unable to answer the mindlink that they share. Which means to him that her mind had being completely shut off even to him. He dislikes being so separated from her.

^I swear to you that. I"ll tear them limb from limb if they dare touch one hair on your head..^ he growled within his mind. He couldn't see but he could feel strange hands touching him. His grip around 'ChunLi' unconsciously tightens.

^No way am I letting them take you.^ he screamed defiance from within his mind. 'Ryu' forces himself to rise but yet he couldn't move a muscle. He could feel his Mate's body giving out an involuntary squirm resulting from the vice like grip he had around her. 'Ryu' instinctively slacken his grip just a little.

Voices sounded once again, confusing him in a foreign tongue, forcing him to retreat to darkness just to avoid the high pitch whining. Moments passed till he found that the whining had stopped. 'Ryu' found that the drowsiness was slowly wearing out as well. Cautiously he sensed the area around him, nobody. They are alone for now. He opened his eyes slowly to adjust to presence of light. 'Ryu' sat up slowly to avoid stirring 'ChunLi' unnecessarily.

"Ryu." A most familiar voice called out softly, distracting him from his train of thoughts.

"Did I awaken you.." he asked, stroking her long hair.

"No Where are we?" she asked pulling herself closer to him.

Looking around he found that they were lying on a four poster king size bed, the setting of the whole room seem to be a reminiscence of royalty of some country, A boudoir of some princess in power? Outside the skies remain cloudy.

"I don't know." 'Ryu' answered in a flat tone. Holding her closer.

'ChunLi' rested her head on 'Ryu's' chest, running her finger absent mindedly on his chest. He looks towards her questioningly, there was something he wanted asked her but was disrupted as when the door opens. A demon came in wheeling a trolley in, standing at the door were two more demons. All three of them were eyeing 'ChunLi's' tattered clothes. 'Ryu' growled back at them, as the trolley demon had caught the look in 'Ryu's' eyes when the two guards had not. It gulped and scrambled out of the room trying to avoid looking in 'Ryu's' direction again. The guard demons shut the door quickly.

"Don't you find it strange that we are here instead of in some cell?" pushing 'ChunLi' aside roughly he headed to the trolley of food. Grabbing a leg of chicken he attacked it with savage ferocity.

"Guest captives maybe? Some strange alliance?" 'ChunLi' suggested as she embraced 'Ryu' from behind, running her fingers down his spine.

"Hmmph! Some treatment." He mumbled.

'Ryu' threw the bone away and turned around, grabbing 'ChunLi' in a fit of passion and throwing her roughly on the bed, using his weight he pin her down.

"Why us then. Afterall we don't belong here." He asked stroking her face gently, one of his rare smile on his face.

"They know what we are.. they can feel our dark sides" 'ChunLi' reached up and ran her fingers through his hair, trying to pulled him closer but he resisted, obviously he's not letting her have things her way this time.

"You feel if there is a way to escape this place?"

"The only way we can is through the window but" she massages his neck, helping to ease his tensions.

"Ummmm. Yes but how do we leave this place in general. Yesss." Feeling slightly more relaxed.

"We can asked around surely there is a way.Ryu."

"Hmmm?"

"Why are you so distracted?"

"I wish I knew. There's a strange force around beckoning."

"Ryu look at me for once try not to think about it Come to me " her lips awaits his.

Sensing that he's not paying attention 'ChunLi' pulls him closer.

'Ryu' kept out of the way as 'ChunLi' attempted to kiss him. "Not now." He crooned, shaking a finger from his free hand at her.

"When." She asked, the hunger in her was so obvious "When you tell me what you're trying to do?" Ryu could see the look of incomprehension on her face.

"SLUT!!!" 'Ryu' slapped her with his free hand while his other hand found its way around her neck and tightened its grip

"Ryu!!" there was wide eye terror in her eyes, unable to believe what he just did.

".you're hurting me please.no" she pleaded

"I'm hurting you?!" he said suddenly as if in realization of what he had done, there was a look of horror on his face.

"I know..I know. Heh heh heh." A wicked grin took over his face as he tightens his grip on her neck.

"How do you feel now? Better?" a hint of insanity within his voice.

"Ryu!!!??"

"WHO ARE YOU!!!" he roared coming face to face with her.

"I don't .know whatyou're talking about? You're hurting me .Ryu" Tears were flowing down her cheek, panic flushed on her face. But 'Ryu' seems to be enjoying this.

"Once again! Who are you?!" He slammed her head hard against the mattress, a smirk pass his lips as she winced in pain.

But 'ChunLi' kept crying and pleading much to the annoyance of 'Ryu'.

"Do you take me for a fool? Where is my ChunLi?!!!" he demanded to know.

"I am..ChunLi.What.has gotten into.you?.."

"No noo you're not her. Don't make this hard on yourself whoever you are. All I want to know is where my true mate is?" he released his grip a little.

"Ryu!!! I am me..Can't you feel it??" 'ChunLi' cried out.

"That's the problem. I can't. Too bad babe." Slamming her head once again.

"How can you be so sure?" her voice bearly audible asked him.

"You may look like Chun-Chun, walk like Chun-Chun. But you're not Chun-Chun."

"How can you be so sure?" 'ChunLi' pleaded once again

"Ahh. But that would be telling. Now be a good girl and bring me to my true Mate

"Ryu.help me.I can't.control what I do.." she said in pain.

"You expect me to believe that? HA!" 'Ryu' answered in a skeptical tone.

"Ah but that is true Warrior" A voice came from 'ChunLi'

"Now what."

"Aenslend, Morrigan Aenslend. I now control your beloved."

"Yeah. And I'm suppose to believe you?"

"She feels the pain you inflict. Go on if you don't believe me." "Okay. If you say so. But if she dies with you in her, you shuffled off to the next world as well." 'Ryu' said, inflicting a few more punches.

"Warrior? Are you willing to take such a huge risk? What I say is true. If hurting the one you love gives you pleasure then be my guest."

"Ah. But are you willing to take such a risk of killed in a failed plot then? I'm sure one like you many other plans in mind? Yes? I'm willing to gamble but are you? Heh heh heh" Lifting 'ChunLi' up Ryu slammed her against the wall and knee her in the stomach.

"You will never know the truth if I die!"

"Yeah. If that's what you want. I doubt you'll be miss much."

"There is something else I would like to offer you."

"If its not about where my true ChunLi is, don't even bother about talking. I'm not interested in petty things or you for that matter."

"I offer you power more than that old coot, I am any woman you want me to be. I am better at it than your ChunLi."

'Ryu' slammed her into the wall once again.

"You have nothing else that I want." Ryu raised his right fist and gathers chi, as his fist glows blue he spoke again.

"Now. Once last time. Are you going to take me to my ChunLi?"

"I am in her body now! Are you so stupid as to be unable to see the truth when it slaps you in the face???!!"

"Uh Uhh Wrong answer. It's a risk I'm willing to take!" 'Ryu' growled.

"Shun Goku Satsu!!!!!" Ryu roared, a blinding white light cover them as his fist hit her. The sound of pummeling punches mix with a long scream was at its loudest.
