"Touch her and I'll tear you limb from limb!!!" 'Ryu' scowled

"A soft spot. Have we?" Waving her hands in front of 'ChunLi'. Morrigan pulled her hand away quickly and 'ChunLi's snapped her teeth on thin air instead.

"My… my. A feisty one. Does she do this to you often?" Morrigan reached out again, her palm a little distance away from 'ChunLi's chest.

She shoved the air in front 'ChunLi' sending 'ChunLi' hurtling away from 'Ryu'. Morrigan smiled as she hovered backwards till she was beside 'ChunLi'. She raised one hand towards 'Ryu', and turned her wrist a hundred eight degrees and clenches her hand into a fist.

The air between them rippled as a solid wall of air formed between them, shutting out all sound between them. Her other hand raised facing 'ChunLi' and repeated the same motion. Another wall of air rippled into being between Morrigan and 'ChunLi'. Creating what seem like a one-way mirror for her. She could see what's happening but only Ryu alone couldn't see her.

'ChunLi' could see something materialising in Morrigan's arms. She knew at once that it was an illusion of her. She could see her mate screaming wordlessly at what Morrigan had done. "ChunLi' though enraged, tried throwing a thought at her mate but it bounced back at her.

<< Not now my dear Dracona Lilian…. You will ruin One's plan…. >> A voice whispered in her ear,

Turning her head to the side she found not a single soul in sight. 'ChunLi' continued to watch her mate chased the taunting succubus around, her mate seemed to be on the brink of insanity at the thought of losing her.

<< You may not remember One…. But One's path crossed with yours a long time ago. >> The voice continued not caring if 'ChunLi' paid him any attention or not.

"Get to the point." 'ChunLi' mumbled. She could see her mate tiring and the succubus enjoy every moment of his agony.

<< One always find it amusing how you always come straight to the point. >>

From a dark corner a little distance away from 'ChunLi', part of the dark void began to develop a rip then soon enlarges itself like a wound turning bad. Emerging form it, was a silver hair man with cat like eyes. He glided beside 'ChunLi'.

<< All One requires is you and your mate. To replace the expired member of One's eight harbingers and another who's …loyalty is questionable. >>

"Dream on." 'ChunLi' answered as she struggled within the tendrils.

<< Tsk tsk tsk…… Look at him….. >> he pointed to 'Ryu'

<< He will tire… he will weaken… He will bend and he will break. And eventually, she will have him…… >> << All One requires from the both of you is just loyalty…..Decide now, for if he surrenders or dies here, he dies without (outside) as well. >>

No answer came from 'ChunLi', Oruchi frowned. He raised his right hand and 'ChunLi's arms were released from the mist like tendrils. He smiled knowing that now he has 'ChunLi's attention.

<< One knows what you and your mate truly wants…. >> Oruchi's voice whispered in her ear.

<< One knows you and your mate long to consummate your dark union since you were unleash. But the _Implication_ it brings, how tormenting it must have being for the both of you. >> he fingered 'ChunLi's hair.

<< To get up so close and personal with your beloved mate and be denied of what should comes naturally. Can you even reconcile to that fact? One being a god can aid you to overcome that _Implication_. >>

Oruchi realised that his long speech had gone to deaf ears when he noticed that where 'ChunLi's attention lies.

On the other side of the wall of air Morrigan was toying around with the enraged 'Ryu'. She had taken the form of ChunLi and once again set out to taunt and lure him. But to 'Ryu' who was blinded by his own rage, he only sees the succubus in front of him and all he wants to do was to avenge his beloved mate. Each time when 'Ryu' attempts to leapt for her throat, Morrigan created a wall of air to intercept 'Ryu', knocking the sense and sanity out of him.

Oruchi raised his hands once again, this time the tendrils of mist returns 'ChunLi' her freedom, fuel by rage 'ChunLi sprung towards Morrigan. Oruchi raised his hand once more causing the two walls of air to shatter like glass allowing 'ChunLi' to joined her mate.

Morrigan held 'Ryu' by his neck, she licked her lips at the thought of sweet victory. She felt someone tapped her shoulder.

"Yes?" she turned to face 'ChunLi'.

"DIEE!!!" ' ChunLi' screeched as she slammed her spiked bracelet into Morrigan's face with maximum force.

"AIIIEEEEE!!!! MY FACE!!!!! MY BEAUTIFUL FACEE!!!!!!" Morrigan screeched as she beheld the blood on her hands and the pain on her face. A little distance away, Oruchi smirked. Morrigan looks up only to see 'ChunLi' charging towards her.

"KKIIIKOOSSSSHHOU!!!!!!!!" 'ChunLi' yelled as her gathered chi was released right into Morrigan's face. The bright blue chi envelops Morrigan, burning her greatly.

"SENRETSU KYAKU!!!!!!!!" 'ChunLi' shouted once more as the Kikoshou dissipated, launching a series of kicks in to Morrigan, driving her into the wall.

"TENSHO KYAKU!!!!!!" Another series of kicks launched both Morrigan and her into the air. Morrigan knew that if she lands she would not likely to survive this. She summoned her bats. They came surrounding her, floating her in mid air. Dematerialising along with her.

'ChunLi' turned around, face to face with the unseeing 'Ryu'.

"RRAAGGH!!!!" he yelled, unleashing a two-hit punch to her abdomen. Seeing that she's on the floor, Ryu sprung on top of 'ChunLi', straddling her as he sat on her abdomen.

Both hands choking the life out of her. While 'ChunLi' struggled and managing to break his hold a few times to catch her breath and pay 'Ryu' back with his own coin.

Oruchi frowned, amused as well by the thought that he had actually miscalculated some finer points and overlooked a few details.

<< Oh well. Everything happens for a reason….. >> he watched as the Twisted Pair beat the h*ll out of each other.

<< One might as well return after they killed each other and then resurrect them into my cause. >> he shrugged.

He raised his hands. A rip appears in the void, light shinning from it. Oruchi glided into the light and the rip sealed itself returning the void to its darkness and the Twisted Pair kept pounding each other senselessly. The frenzy of battle had overtaken them, unable to even recognise each other.

Outside(Yes, we're outside now) the Twisted Pairs' mind, back in the ruined conference hall.

The three figures remained watching, while the Twisted Pair mirrored what was happening within their minds. 'ChunLi' had tire 'Ryu' down so much that she now held advantage over him. She straddles him, clamping her legs around his waist as she held both fists together, pounding him in the head while 'Ryu' tried shaking her off. Their eyes open but unable to see.

"Popcorn?" the first shadow asked the second.

"Sweetened, salted or buttered?" the second asked.

"Sweetened."

"Thanks."

"Your call. Tempestuous one." They motioned to the tall figure.

The tall figure sighed, he moved towards the Twisted Pair and pulled them apart, they struggled to finish their fight. The tall figure's hands moved quickly, now with both hands on the Twisted Pair's foreheads. He mumbled something, closing his eyes.

Pain seem to overtake the Twisted Pair as they let loose shrill scream. The tall figure's hand withdrew, on his palms two purplish balls of chi followed. The Twisted Pair shuddered and slumped limply to the ground.

The tall figure held his palms facing each other as the two purplish balls of chi floated between. He closed his palms slowly around the chi, extinguishing it as it hissed away. The two shadows whistled at the performance.

"You have no need for me now?"

"Nope. Go if you want. We'll wait for them." the first shadow said. Watching him walk away and blend into the darkness as a gust of wind blew past.

Some time later 'ChunLi' stirred, sitting up slowly she leaned against the 'Ryu's body.

"Ah Good you've awaken. How do you feel." The shadow said.

"….Like being run over by a herd of stampeding elephants……. My head feels…like a overcrowded tourist attraction…. How long have you being here.. Geotao and this is?… Or am I seeing double…." 'ChunLi' asked groggily as she pointed to other shadow.

"Ba-Feng at your service. But I believe you know my other name well."

"We've being here long enough. Suggest you leave this particular area, preferably now." Geotao answered, there was a 'swish' and 'ChunLi' thought she saw a tail. Greyish blue scales shimmered, as the blue fiery fan like crest on the end of its long tail moved back into the shadows.

"Yeah, before the other 'tourists' arrived and starts demanding a tour into the mind of the Twisted Pair and go an amusement ride within." Ba-Feng added.

"How many more?"

"…Minus those two, I believe that are at least four more."

"Remain heading southwards. The final goal awaits you there."

"You mind telling me then?"

"Er…..The master would kill the both of us if we do."

"Fine fine." 'ChunLi' grumbled as she pulled the unconscious 'Ryu' up. Slinging his arm around her shoulders she made her way to the east the gate (southern gate blocked remember)

"D*mn…He needs a diet more than I do." 'ChunLi' complained, picking her way around the debris.
