The Wedding of Ryu and Chun Li (Part 2)
By Kaze

"So then he slapped Honda and Dan around a few times with wet fish and rubber chickens." Ken finished, still chuckling at how enraged Ryu had become at being burned in the *ss, luckily the Yoga master had held back or else Ryu wouldn't be able to sit properly now.

A sweatdropped trailed down the back of Po-Lin's head as she watched Ken laugh. She couldn't understand what was so funny, one of the agents who was a close friend of hers had given her a funnier story which involved the whole group of them throwing fishes at each other, Ken having got slapped around at least twice by everyone with a variety of sea-life.

"Well, I have to go check on the groom." Ken flashed her one of his trademark smiles as he walked to the stairs to the room where they were holding Ryu captive until the wedding ceremony.

"I'll go check to see if Wong-Mei is dressed." Po-Lin nodded as she went off herself.

"I must focus on my goal . . ." the champion street fighter breathed deeply as he sat on his bed. "This goal is all, ceremony does not matter, the goal is all." The said champion was Ryu, dressed in a black suit laced with white, even his symbolic safety blanket, his bandanna, had been taken away from him. His gi . . . his duffel bag, his favorite little teddy bear, Pooky . . .

"We could have at least left him with his bandanna." Dan said as he watched Ryu's eyebrow twitch as he sought inner balance within himself at the loss of his mental security blankets. "I mean, we took everything he held dear away from him, not that he had much of course."

"He'll be alright, Ryu's a tough nut to crack." Guy said confidently. "He's the ice man of street fighting, his very being is like a stone . . .

*CraaaaaAAACK!*

"That stone has a chip in it now!" Dan screamed as he looked at Ryu's stoned form in horror as a large crack trailed from his head to abdominal.

Guy could only blink and stare.

"Sticky rice . . . sticky rice . . . come on, come on, sticky rice always brings things back together . . ." Dan whispered fiercely as he attempted to repair the crack by applying sticky rice. When he finally saw how futile all his attempts were, Dan just threw the flat bowl of sticky rice to the side and bawled. "Chun Li's gonna castrate me for this!"

"You don't think she was actually serious about that, do you?" Guy asked nervously as his legs reflexively seemed to close into each other. "I mean, I know she's been on Interpol for years, is one of their top best, had her innocence killed when her dad was killed, then spent most of her life taking down criminals and trying to bring down Bison . . ." Guy's eyes widened and he trembled. "Oh sh*t, who am I kidding?! She will!"

"Wh-what are we going to do?" Dan asked as he looked frightfully over at Guy.

"We get more sticky rice!" Guy shouted and brought out a large vat of sticky rice to try and repair the damage done.

The two were so busy applying the sticky rice in the hopes of repairing the damage that had been done upon Ryu becoming stoned with fright at the biggest challenge of his life, that they did not notice the door open and someone stepped in.

"What the h*ll are you guys doing?!" Ken shouted in alarm when he saw the messy effect of Guy and Dan's efforts to somewhat restore Ryu.

"He-he just stoned out on us, Ken!" Dan cried, then got a brilliant idea as he pointed at Guy. "It was all HIS fault!"

"What?" Guy's eyebrow twitched as he looked squarely into Dan's accusing forefinger.

Dan glanced over at the glowering Guy with a full-raging white battle aura about him . . .

"Hiiiiiyyyyyyyaaaaaa!" Guy suddenly grabbed Dan to him, and in the midst of the shadowy movements of himself beating on Dan, he initiated his Bushin Musou Renge.

"He just needed some water . . ." Ken muttered and he pulled out a bottle of Evian Spring Water and poured its contents over the stoned Ryu. "He always dehydrates like this whenever some big battle comes up."

Ryu slowly opened his eyes in the pouring of the necessary H2O in restoring his form. He blinked once, and he blinked twice, and he blinked again at the big flash Guy made when he finally completed the level three super move.

"O . . . yaji . . ." Dan mumbled as he lay crumbled on the floor.

"Now look at what you guys did." Ken scowled when he took in Ryu's sight. "You got sticky rice smeared all over his suit!"

"Oh no . . ." Guy shook his head in his hand at the predicament which he was now in.

"Hey!" Ken suddenly snapped his fingers. "The guy who measured out Ryu's size for the suit, remember? His store is only a few blocks away from here! Remind him about Ryu, and try to get another suit that ought to fit him!"

"Excellent idea!" Guy nodded as he took off.

Ken prayed Guy would make it in time or Chun Li and Eliza would do . . . he glanced down at Dan, well, he would end up alot worse looking than Dan was at the moment.

"Chun Li! Is everything rea-," Po-Lin cutted off when she stared at the sight before her.

"No, I'm not ready! I knew I shouldn't have pushed him so fast!" Chun Li wailed as she hung onto the chandelier in the ceiling.

"Now, now, Chun Li-san!" Sakura said, desperately trying to calm the older woman down. "Its your big wedding day, I hear everyone gets the jitters once in a while!"

"Sakura's right, Chun Li." Eliza said soothing next to the young schoolgirl. "Why I remember the night before I was supposed to marry Ken . . . " Eliza suddenly blushed and shook her head as she fingered the locks of her golden hair. " . . . oh my, Ken was so great that night . . ."

"Eliza . . . aren't you getting that image mixed up with your honeymoon?" Po-Lin sweatdropped as she glanced at the blushing blonde.

"Oh, and the honeymoon . . ." Eliza blushed even deeper.

*That's it, she's gone . . .* Po-Lin sweatdropped. *Ken must have made quite an impression that night . . .*

"Waaaaahhhh!!!" Chun Li cried from the chandelier. "Ryu and I never got to do any of that before!"

"WHAT?!" the group of women in the room shouted simultaneously in surprise as they stared increduously up at her.

"B-but Chun Li-san!" Sakura blushed deeply. "Wh-what about that time you and sensei came back from the dojo all hot and sweaty, and red . . ." Sakura blushed deeply at that thought.

"What? We were training, like we told you all when we came back." Chun Li blinked down at them all. "Is that why most of you were snickering?"

The various women in the room fell to the floor as one, legs twitching high into the air like dead cockroaches. (Oh, I KNOW I'm gonna get an earful from this one @.@.)

"Well, that' not the point right now anyway." Po-Lin rubbed her forehead as she looked up towards the bride again. "What's important right now is that you and Ryu walk down that long aisle-,"

"Like criminals . . ." Chun Li interrupted with a mournful look upon her face. "Like he's the warden about to lead me to the judge who would try me and send me into a life imprisonment. Oh, I don't miss the days where I got to beat down on men, feel them squirm under the heel of my boots as they try to escape, the hard feel of my baton slapping into my hands as I got ready to beat down the suspect, the cold feel of the .45 in my hands . . ." Chun Li paused. "Well, I sorta miss it."

The women sweatdropped and edged away from her slowly.

"But to be married!" Chun Li whimpered. "It'll be like a prison to me! After I was done getting revenge on Bison for killing my father, I wanted to live the life of a carefree girl, but how can I live such a life when I'm going to get marrried? Ryu will probably expect me to stay home, to cook and clean all day long."

"Uuuhhh, Chun Li-san, I don't really think Ryu-sensei would do that to you, I mean . . . sensei doesn't really even know what having a family is like. And from what you've told me about never having had sex with him, I'm sure he doesn't even know what the birds and the bees are."

"Really?" Chun Li, Eliza, and Po-Lin looked at Sakura.

"Hai." Sakura nodded, blushing slightly. "Ryu-sensei's always told me stories about his journey around the world, he always seem so confuse about why women seem to ask him to take them out to have tea or something."

The women blinked at this.

"Well, I guess I can give this to you earlier than I thought then." Rose said as she entered from the doorway followed by Makoto and Ibuki. In her hands she held a large box.

"What is it?" Chun Li asked, still on the chandelier.

"Oh, do get down from there." Rose's eyebrow raised as she glanced at the predicament Chun Li was in. "You look like some sorta monkey in a wedding dress up there."

"Oh, gomen ne!" Chun Li blushed as she attempted to hop down from the chandelier.

*RrrrrrrrrrriiiiiiiiIIIIIPPP!*

"Oh dear." Rose sighed as she held her forehead.

"Waaaaaaahhhhhhh!" Chun Li cried. "Now my wedding dress is ruined!" (I think I'm overdoing it a bit tad too much on the crying here . . . well, its her wedding day . . . just add that time of the month into the mix and it ought to explain all this weird stuff going on.)

"Don't worry!" Eliza smiled as she flashed out her credit card. "Remember the place where we got your wedding dress? We still have some time before the ceremony actually starts to get you another one!"

"Oh, but I couldn't . . ." Chun Li protested.

"Nonesense! This is your wedding day, one of the biggest days of your life! You missed out on your sweet sixteen, so at least enjoy this one day to the fullest." Rose chided her as she took the credit card from Eliza's hand and tossed it over to Ibuki. "You were there when we picked out the dresses, make sure you're not spotted by any of the other men."

Ibuki nodded and dashed off quickly.

"Now, what's in that box, Rose?" Po-Lin asked as she glanced curiously at the box that Rose felt that she should give now instead of after the wedding ceremony.

"Here, unwrap it." Rose pushed the box towards Chun Li.

Chun Li neatly and in that slowly maddening way that all women seemed to take great pleasure in actually unwrapping a present (Uuuuuuhhh, please don't hurt me, ladies.), she finally opened it. Opening the box (finally!), Chun Li glanced curiously as she held up a pair of handcuffs. She glanced over at Rose. "I have plenty of these lying around somewhere, why would I need this?"

"It comes with the package." Rose smiled mysteriously. "Go ahead, there's more inside."

Chun Li shrugged as she setted the handcuffs to the side and pulled out a whip. An eyebrow twitched as realization of what was in this 'package.' Chun Li then proceeded to pull out a leather outfit complete with matching high heels, some expensive whip cream, olive oil, candles, silky rope . . . and finally she pulled out a large red book which made her hands shake as she glanced in wide-eye at it. On the cover, the title read "The Great 1001 Techniques." (Okay, uuuuhhh, for those of us who understand, yes it means exactly that. For those who don't, weeeellllll, they're martial arts techniques, okay? @.@)

"Oh my . . ." the other women besides Rose intoned as they stared at the large thick red book in Chun Li's shaking hands. Those same shaking hands, shakingly opened the book to a random page.

"OH MY!"

"Ryu, buddy, just so you won't make a virgin of yourself tonight, I've got you something to help you." Ken grinned as he pulled out a box and handed it to his friend.

"What's a virgin?" Ryu blinked.

Ken sweatdropped. "Uuuuhhhh . . . er . . ." Ken mumbled, then for those viewers who don't know themselves, Ken leaned forward and began whispering into Ryu's ears in a compact version of the bees and the birds. (Its a marital-er, MARTIAL arts technique.)

"Oh." was all Ryu could say when Ken was finally done.

Ryu pulled away the wrapping hesitantly, and looked upon the strangely glowing book which sat upon his lap. He gulped as he slowly turned to a random page.

*SpppppppppuuuuUUUUURT!*

Ryu fainted with an explosion of blood from his nose. (Really powerful technique, trust me.)

Holding the suit for dear life to his chest, Guy rounded the corner, skidding it and looking around, making sure that none of the women could see him. He peered around to the restaurant where the ceremony would take place, and pulled his head back quickly when he spotted Ibuki's bandanna. He held his chest as he breathed heavily at the near miss.

Ibuki held her chest heavily at the near miss of spotting Guy. She narrowed her eyes deep in thought as she wondered what she would do now with Guy right around the corner. She looked to the restaurant and found that Guy had not yet stepped into sight towards the restaurant. Did he already know what was happening and planned on catching her red-handed with the item in her hands? If that was so, then she would have to think up of something to get by him without being caught.

The two ninjas tensed themselves as they prepared to race the other without being caught by the other. And in that same instant as a leaf fell to the floor from the tree, the two sprinted off towards the restaurant, hoping against hope that they would not be caught and failed in their mission.

*SLAM*

*SLAM*

Each held their chests and breathed heavily as they finally reached the safety of their abode.

"I got it." Guy/Ibuki said.

"Whaaaaaaaa-?" Guy/Ibuki blinked.

"Uuuh, bye!" Guy/Ibuki said as they rushed out of the wrong place where they were at and headed to the right place.

"Well, that was strange." the guys/girls blinked.

Finally . . . the big moment had arrived. Ryu was wearing a western suit and Chun Li was donned in a western wedding dress. Standing tall, and standing proud, Ryu gulped as he awaited the most biggest challenge of his life. The greatest dedication which he would ever make . . . a husband.

Chun Li gulped from beneathe her veil as she stepped forward hesitantly on the red carpet laid out before her towards her awaiting grrom. She had come a long way to this day . . . the demon within her finally seemed to cease to exist after Bison was killed. With the loss of that demon however, Chun Li had felt empty. Vengeance had been the burning light within her life which kept her warm and going. With that gone, her life had become cold and without a goal.

Glancing nervously at her groom who stood waiting for her, she wondered how he truely felt about becoming her husband. The two had merely been brought together by friends who thought the two would somehow help each other with their lives. The two had met at their friends' persistence and found each other's company tolerable as they sat to eat at the restaurant. It was only when they went to see the Lunar New Year Festival had they finally enjoyed one another's company truely.

The fireworks display had been awesome in their eyes, and Ryu had done something sweet . . . he had found a pretty flower and setted it into her hair, smiling and saying that 'it looked perfect on her.' At the moment, the two lost that feeling of duty and returned to the feelings which they had given up for the sake of their own father-figures, to seek a burning desire that they felt would satisfy these father-figures in the after-life which they would stand. Once that had been completed, they could only feel that they were living and completing the life that their father-figures had.

Enjoying it, the feelings between them were on and off for five years since they had been together. Thanks to the reappearance of Bison, and the appearance of the new megalomaniac known as Gill, Ryu and Chun Li found the moments rare in which they could be together. But the moment Ryu had proposed to her had been a surprise, the only thing more surprising was the fact that he ran away. Chun Li made sure that he came back (ouch). And there he stood, before her, ready to join in holy matrimony.

Did he really love her? Was he willing to give up his dedication to the Fight for the dedication of a husband? If yes, then why did he run away? Why did her run away . . .

The same thoughts ran through Ryu's head as Chun Li came walked closer, these thoughts flashed through his mind in seconds, plenty of time for him to mull over this. Why had he run away? It had been bothering him since the day they brought him in before Chun Li in handcuffs, covered in gooey substances which could only have come from the sea.

He was afraid . . . when he took upon himself the quest for the Fight, he had given up all else but to perfect the fight so he would accomplish his master's dream and to avenge his murder from Akuma's hand. He smiled wryly at the thought of who finally killed Akuma, rather than him. He mentally shrugged at this, it was fair after all, he had killed her own father's killer, as she had killed his father-figure's killer. The battle had been harsh perhaps, and maybe the rest of them had weakened Akuma considerably. But it had been Chun Li's final blow which brought down the demon known as Akuma, her final blow while the rest of them were weakened considerably and could not hope to perform another attack.

Ryu smiled hesitantly as Chun Li was suddenly by his side and they stood facing the priest. (Weeeeeellllll, I've never actually been to an Asian wedding ceremony before, just banquets. And I don't really want to get into the whole detail of it unless I have to. In fact, I haven't been to much of ANY wedding ceremonies, so please bear with this strange matrimonial ceremony which I am about to impart upon you all by watching this happen on TV.)

"The bride and groom have their own personal vows which they would like to declare." the priest said and nodded to Ryu.

Ryu looked a little uncomfortable at first, but that was overriden by the burning gaze he could feel from behind Chun Li's wedding veil aimed at him. He turned and accepted the ring which Ken, his best man (of course ^_^), handed to him. He cleared his throat, and said, "I, Ryu, take thee, Chun Li, as my beloved wife. To cherish and to hold, to fight with all my fight when we spar, to not disturb her whenever I get up at around four in the morning just to train, to make sure I don't get hurt TOO much in a fight, to always make sure that the toilet seat is down, which is also no excuse to become lazy and leave it down and urinate it that way, reducing the chance of urine splattered over the seating. Till death shall we part, and perhaps even after that." Chun Li looked startled at that last line as Ryu slipped the ring on her left ring finger.

Everyone sweatdropped at Ryu's vow.

Chun Li took a deep breath as she looked to Ryu, not noticing that the priest was facefaulting. She accepted the ring from her maiden of honor, Rose (Bet ya didn't see THAT coming, did ya?! ^_^). She took a deep breath again, and said, "I, Chun Li, take thee, Ryu, as my beloved husband. To cherish and to hold, to let you go out and fight while I cheer you on as you smash their faces in. To try and cope with your insane hours, which you might accidentally slip and disturb me unknowingly, though I give you three warnings before punishing you. To give it my all to try and beat your *ss down into the floor when we spar, and to try not to get TOO violent on you due to my experience as a law enforcement officer. Till death shall we part, and I'm sure even after that." Ryu smiled warmly at her, causing her to blush deeply from beneathe her veil as she slipped his ring on his left ring finger.

The whole gang all had sweatdrops rolling down the side of their heads now.

"I, er, now declare you man and wife." the priest managed to say with bafflement all over his face. He quickly gathered his wits and nodded at Ryu. "You may kiss the bride."

Ryu and Chun Li got into that thing where people trade bodily fluids with one another with their mouths. (Its called kissing by the way.)

Everyone erupted into huge cheers.

"*Sniff* They just grow up so fast, huh, Eliza?" Ken wiped a tear from his eye as he watched the two kiss.

"Yes." Eliza nodded as she wiped a tear from her eye, then she blinked. "Are they breathing?"

"YEA! Way to go, Ryu!" Cody shouted as he pumped his fist up into the air.

"Oooooooooooooyyyaaaaaajjjjiiiiiii!" Dan cried as he raised his fist to the air, shaking it before him, the big tears pouring from his face.

Yun and Yang simultaneously backfisted Dan to calm him down, then they clapped politely for Chun Li and Ryu as Dan lay on the floor with a dazed spinning twirly thing look in his eyes.

Lotsa partying going on as everyone drooled themselves out over Wong-Mei's cooking, it was so good that no one dared not try have that 'just one more' bite. All the food would be gone soon by the end of the banquet, but there was still plenty of dancing to burn that extra fat down, which emitted groans from the men, and joyous cheers from the women. Among the many whom this writer will mention (There are a daaaaaaaaaaaaaammmmmnnn lotta people around, I don't really wanna get into the listing of all the couples dancing, ne? Besides, most of them aren't dancing anyway.)

"Why yes, Dan." Area (From Street Fighter EX2 Plus for the Playstation.) giggled as she danced with him, her eyes holding a mischievous glint from beneathe as she looked at him. "I can make you become Cyber-Dan again, but this time far more powerful, you ought to be beating Sagat down daily in no time!"

"Yeeeeesssss!" Dan cheered.

"Aw man, how did I end up dancing with you?!" Yun complained as he held Makoto's hands as they tried to do what they considered dancing. (Actually, they kinda look like their trying their best to step on each other's feet.)

"Hey you! You should be honored that such a great martial artist like myself would even DANCE with you!" Makoto retorted.

"YOU?! A great martial artist?! Don't make me laugh . . ."

"You dance well." Ibuki nodded approvingly as she and Yang seemed to glide along the dance floor.

"Thank you." Yang said simply.

"Wheeeeee! Isn't this fun?!" Elena said as she twirled about with Sean.

"Yea, hey, watch it!" Sean cried out as he felt like he was flying somewhat as Elena's long strong legs moved rapidly from beneathe him. (Uuuuuuuhhhhhhh, dang that's a big height difference!) *How did I ever get myself into this mess?* Sean whimpered in his thoughts.

"Oh, Ryu . . ."

"Oh, Chun Li . . ."

"Oh, my stomach . . ." E. Honda rumbled as he pasted by the two patting his huge stomach, there was a strange loud sound of releasing air.

"Oh, Buddha . . ."

"Oh, geez . . ."

Well, anyway, I'm not gonna get into the food fight which happens later, wait, there was no food fight. D*mn, Wong-Mei's cooking is too good for a food fight. Well anyway, after they managed to provide oxygen for our lovely guests after Honda's 'explosion', our lovely couple left in a Lincoln and spent their honeymoon at a hot spring resort in Hokkaido. What happens there at night, with the bouncy bed is for your dirty lil' minds to imagine. If you don't know what I mean, then they were just trying them martial arts techniques I mentioned earlier. And so completes the first fanfic or maybe one of the rare fanfics which actually go into some detail of their marriage.
