For the Fight Ch.6
By RC
It was a technique he had worked on for many years. Ryu had found long ageo
that fighting two opponents was harder than one, so he began expirementing with
ways to take ou two opponents at once.
The cieling was high, so if he didn't jump too high he'd be all right.
He ducked under their twin kicks and clenched his fists. He gathered his chi
quickly and sprang vertically off both feet. He punched upward with both fists
catching both attackers in the chin with his Double Dragon Punch.
Both crashed into the cieling and fell back to the floor. Ryu flipped
backward in mid air and dropped gracefully to the floor. Ryu looked down at
both agents, neither was moving.
"click"
Ryu looked up and saw a gun leveled at his chest. Ryu straightened slowly
and raised his hands, balling one hand into a fist as if holding something.
Chin stepped into the room, blood dripping profusely from his broken nose.
"You punk, you've taken out half my squad, you're lucky I don't shoot
you now!" he yelled in bad Japanese.
He noticed Ryu's clenched hand and pointed at it with his chin.
"What's that?" he asked
Ryu didn't reply.
"Drop it!" he ordered.
Ryu didn't respond.
"Open you're hand! Now!" Chin yelled.
Ryu opened his hand.
A bright light stremed from his palm and a small bolt of chi sruck Chin's
hand. The gun flew away from him and he screamed as he grabbed his hand. Ryu
executed a Joudan Geri and the man was knocked back into the wall near the
door. Six men ran into the room with assault rifles and yelled at him.
Ryu leaned far back over his rrear foot. He cupped his hands and narrowed
his eyes. Light played over his form as he gathered the energy for another
attack, one big enough to take them all out.
"shinkuuuuuuuu..."
The lightbulb that threw around shadows burst as did the windows. A mirror
cracked along with the television screen.
Chin shook his head from his slumped position against the wall and saw the
light streaming out of Ryu's palms.
"F***!"
"STOP!! STOP!!"
Chin had heard of this and this was something he didn't want. He quickly
yanked out his Interpol badge and threw it on the floor in front of Ryu.
"Drop your guns, now!!" he yelled at his team.
They all complied and Ryu relaxed, letting the light dessipate from his
hands.
Chin struggled to his feet and spit blood onto the carpet. Ryu looked at the
badge on the floor and then at Chin.
"What's gong on?"
