 The Return:

"Mommy, Mommy!" a small girl the age of five squeaked. Her hair brown seemed to be floating behind her, her dark brown eyes wide with a mix of fear and excitement as she ran into a kitchen. She stopped when she saw her mother's scolding expression. Looking down at her feet, she folded her hands behind her back.

I'm sorry Mommy." She mumbled.

"Sakura, how many times do I have to tell you not to come in the kitchen when I'm cooking?" her mother's mouth voiced in a frown "I could be holding something very hot and drop it on you by mistake. Mommy wouldn't want that to happen to her sweet Sakura, but it could if you keep disobeying me."

"But Mommy!"

A boy the age of eight stepped out of the bushes and walked into the kitchen. He also had brown hair, but his eyes were hazel and full of mischief.

He was chasing me!" Sakura said pointing at Hitoshi.

"She started it!" said Hitoshi, defending himself.

"No I didn't, you said I was a booger-head!"

Enough, both of you stop. Hitoshi don't call your sister names, Sakura don't run into the kitchen while I'm cooking, and…"

"Daddy!" both said in unison.

A tall, handsome man with black hair stepped into the room. His dark brown eyes sparkling as he saw the two children running toward him, he knelt down and let them run into his arms. "Hey you two." He said as they hugged him tightly. "I missed you sooo much." His eyes wandered to his wife. "I'm gonna go talk to Mommy now ok?" he told the children reassuringly. They glanced at each other, giggled and left the kitchen.

The women opened her arms and let her husband walk into them. Embracing him tightly, she kissed him on the cheek. "So, how is your cousin Liu? I hope he is well."

"Uh. Yeah he's fine Li. So how have you been, kids haven't been too much trouble have they?"

"Well, Hitoshi was teasing Sakura again. And Asami is going through a complete attitude change." Explained Chun-li. She glanced at her husband. "Ryu are you listening to me?"

"Hmm? Oh uh-hm obcourfe dear." Ryu managed to get out of his mouth, as he ate another spoonful of rice. "Well I'm not sfurprifsed. They are your childwen, Chun-li." He said reaching for the soup.

"Oh, so now it takes one person to make children huh?" Chun-li smirked.

Ryu frowned at her.

"Mm-hm, like I thought. I agree that Asami has my attitude. However, Hitoshi is much like you Ryu, he loves to tease people. And Sakura…well Sakura is in a league of her own." She smiled thinking about their quirky little girl.

Asami walked into the kitchen. Her long black hair wafted behind her. Her green eyes light up as she saw her father. "Father! Your back!" she grinned, revealing two dimples. "How is your cousin?" she asked walking toward him.

Ryu smiled at her revealing two dimples, much like hers. He stood up and hugged his daughter.

"He is good. Your mother tells me that you have a little bit of an attitude problem. What's that all about?" he asked beckoning her to sit down with the rest of the family. "Although it's not entirely your fault." He glanced at his wife, who frowned and raised a challenging eyebrow.

Asami looked down, cheeks red with embarrassment and anger. "Well I don't know I guess it's just a teenage thing." She shrugged

"Well Chun-li you heard her, it's a teenage thing." Ryu smiled at Chun-li, which enraged her more.

"Teenage thing my ass, it's an attitude problem that's what it is." Chun-li mumbled bitterly.

Ryu looked at his wife, who was mumbling something under her breath. She was astonishingly beautiful. Her brown eyes flashing with anger, those eyes bewitched him. Her mouth pouted as she picked over her food; right now he wanted to kiss that mouth. Her long brown hair spiraling down her back, a small curl resting on her cheek, he wanted to push it back for her. Chun-li looked up. Ryu, caught off guard smiled and continued eating

Chun-li stifled a giggle, forgetting that she was supposed to be mad at him.
