Neon Genesis Street Fighter Ch. 18 - Fight of the Fittest

Date: Sunday 16th of July, 2015 Location: Dojo HQ.

Ken, Ibuki, Ryu and Chun-Li were all sitting in the briefing room, waitting for some one to some in, no one had said anything for quite some time, then Ken broke the silence,

Ken: Why did they make us come to work on a Sunday?

Ryu: 'Cos they felt like it.

Ken: *sses.

Ibuki (giggling): Calm down Ken.

Ken: If you insist.

Then a conversation started between Ryu and Chun-Li.

Ryu: So, I haven't seen you around much lately.

Chun-Li: I've been hangin' out with this really hunky senior.

Ryu: Really? What's his name?

Chun-Li: His name's Fei, Fei Long.

Ryu: Fei Long eh? I heard about him, he does Kung-Fu, right?

Chun-Li (giggling): Same old Ryu. Only cares about a person's fighting skills.

Ryu: What else is there.....

Chun-Li: Well there's se......

Ryu: I WASN'T FINISHED!!

Ryu: As I was saying, what else is there.... other than Sakura and you guys.

Chun-Li hugged Ryu softly and Ryu returned the gesture. Just as they broke the hug Commander Bison walked in, followed closely by Guile and Cammy. Guile stepped forward.

Guile: We will be taking several DNA samples from you for... record. These DNA extractions are mandatory.

Everyone groaned, Chun-Li more than anyone else, she hated needles especially big ones. After the tests were over they were free to go. Chun-Li had a date with Fei Long. Ryu had some thing to do with Sakura. So that left Ken and Ibuki, who both decided to go to a tournament, however they had to stay behind for a while to help out at base with maintenence. Then suddenly an alarm went of inside the base and a voice came over the Speakers.

Speakers: There has been an Angel detected outside Tokyo 3, it has a large power weapon and has sealled off Dojo HQ, the Pilots can't get in!

Ken activated his intercom.

Ken: This is Ken Masters, pilot of Unit 02, Ibuki and I are still here.

Speaker: Report to Command room imeadiatly!

Inside the command room Ken and Ibuki sat down as Cammy explained the situation.

Cammy: You two are the only Eva pilots available to us, this means that the fate of the world rests in both of your hands.

Ken: No preasure or anythin'......

Cammy: This is a very serious situation Ken....

Ken: I understand that Lt. White.

Cammy: Just call me Cammy.

Ken smiled and went to the change rooms to get in his plug suit. Ibuki did the same. As they synchronised with the Evangelions Ibuki felt a slight chill run down her spine, but passed it off as nothing. Once on the surface Ken and Ibuki searched for the angel and when they finally found it, it just ran away.

Ken: There's something very..... odd going on here.

Ibuki: You said it. We'd better return to base, we probably won't have to worry about that angel for a while.

Once inside the base Cammy aproached the young pilots. She explained that the angel had disappeared off their radars two minutes ago and that they shouldn't need to worry about it now. Also that they had managed to repair the more major parts of Hq.

Ken: So, lets go to that tournament now.

Ibuki: Sound's good to me.

*In a large Lab looking place.*

Bison was standing next to a dark haired scientist wearing a large white coat. The were both looking at a large tube, inside it was a figure. A female figure to be precise, it appeared to be Chun-Li! The Chun-Li figure inside the tube had her eyes closed and just floated in the liquid.

Bison: She is complete.

Scientist: Yes, yes she is.

Bison: Our cloning project is a success!

Scientist: I'm detecting odd readings coming from Chun-Li sir!

Bison put his hands on the cloning tube, and then suddenly, much to Bison's suprise, the Chun-Li clone openned her eyes and put her hands to meet Bison's.

Scientist: Master Bison! I'm detecting Psycho powers coming from the Chun-Li clone, some of your DNA must have been mixed with Chun-Li's!

Bison: No! No one, not even a clone, should have powers which could rival mine! We must destroy her!

Then suddenly the tube exploded and Chun-Li fell to the ground Bison walked over to her and Chun-Li oppenned her eye's, and when they meet Bison's she said one word.

Clone Chun-Li: Father?

Bison (grinning): On the other hand.... I'll keep her. I shall call her Ling, but her code name shall be Shadow Lady....
